With over 35 years of combined experience in both the mortgage and client services industries, Lisa and Kris combined their strengths in 2005 and created “Your Home Mortgage Team” and joined GLOBAL STATE MORTGAGE. Lisa was born and raised in the community of Hubbard-Radcliffe, IA . After graduating with a degree in elementary education she spent the first few years of her profession in the Minneapolis area. In 1999 she returned to Iowa and began her career in the mortgage industry. Lisa and her husband Jeff, along with Jeff’s two boys Trent and Justin and their two-year-old son Cole, continue to farm and ranch in the Hubbard-Radcliffe area.

Kris grew up in Ames, IA. After graduating from Iowa State University with a degree in Interior Design, she worked in both Omaha and Chicago in the Interior Design field. After adopting her now seven-year-old daughter in 1999 she returned to Ames to raise her daughter. After three years of working in the Corporate offices of Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Kris began her career as a Mortgage Consultant.

Also part of “Your Home Mortgage Team” is Cindy Fuller. Cindy is responsible for processing the loans, and the best part is, instead of working in a sea of cubicles ten states away, she sits across the hall from Lisa and Kris. As a processor, Cindy brings a vast amount of industry experience as she previously worked as an abstractor, a real estate paralegal, a closer for a title company, and as a loan officer. Cindy lives in Ames with her husband Frank and has two sons, Franklin, who is in college in Minnesota and Joseph, who is in high school.
